- ABOUT ME
Monica has coached dozens of leaders in the Web3 industry and the broader tech ecosystem for the past seven years. She also co-founded Firm and contributed in management and consulting roles to some of Ethereum’s greatest projects —such as Status, Aragon, and OpenZeppelin.
She’s a people’s person and a systemic thinker. With practical knowledge and candid self-inquiry, Monica helps to identify and resolve blockers, hold you accountable, and develop the mental frameworks and operational skills needed to grow as a leader.

Philosophy
Coaching is highly personal. We will start with one-on-one sessions biweekly. Then, we will adapt the cadence and methodologies to your evolving challenges. You’ll be confronted through questions, but you’ll also find answers both from me, external resources and, ultimately, within yourself.
